Job Purpose:

Responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring the final product works correctly and meets quality standards.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Participate in system analysis and process improvement initiatives.
