To design, develop, and optimize scalable end-to-end ELT pipelines and analytical data models for IoT and smart automation systems, enabling data-driven decision-making through reliable metrics, high-impact dashboards, and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end ELT pipelines for IoT, behavioral, and environmental data, including support for near real-time use cases.
Build and maintain modular transformation workflows (dbt or equivalent) and structure raw device/user data into clean, analytics-ready dimensional models (fact/dimension schemas).
Define, compute, and maintain high-value metrics (energy optimization, equipment performance, space utilization, device health, user engagement).
Implement data quality validation, testing, and observability frameworks to ensure reliability and scalability.
Design and build high-impact dashboards with pre-computed, insight-ready datasets to simplify analysis and accelerate decision-making.
Optimize analytical data storage and performance for scalability and cost efficiency within modern cloud data platforms.
Collaborate with Product and UX teams to embed analytics into user-facing features.
Contribute to advanced analytics initiatives, including statistical modeling and ML-driven insights where relevant.
