Responsible for managing and coordinating a portfolio of digital product initiatives and projects within a digital payments company in Syria. The role ensures effective program execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple digital product projects and initiatives within the program.
Develop and maintain the Program Plan, Product Roadmap, key milestones, and delivery schedule.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Ensure alignment of projects and initiatives with the overall digital product strategy.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
Set priorities and coordinate resources across multiple initiatives.
Organize and lead program governance and project follow-up meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are tracked.
Prepare regular management reports covering program progress, risks, issues, key decisions, and overall status.
Escalate critical issues in a timely manner when they may affect program objectives or delivery timelines.
Coordinate business and operational readiness for new digital products, mobile application initiatives, and major product enhancements.
Manage and coordinate mobile application projects and releases, including new features, user journeys, enhancements, and launch readiness.
Ensure stakeholder alignment before major releases and product launches.
Track program budgets, resources, and delivery performance where required.
Monitor program KPIs and ensure agreed business objectives are achieved.
Drive continuous improvement in program management and delivery practices.
