Job Purpose:

The Growth & Expansion Manager is responsible for driving DAWMT's business growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding the company's presence across existing and new territories, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through customer acquisition and market penetration initiatives. The role focuses on executing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, building high-value business relationships, and supporting the company's regional expansion objectives across the GCC and other target markets.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase DAWMT's presence in existing and new markets across the GCC and other target regions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, channel partners, and alliances that support revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and expansion priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and market penetration initiatives.
  • Monitor growth performance indicators, prepare management reports, and recommend actions to achieve revenue, client acquisition, and expansion targets.
