Support the organization's workforce needs by managing recruitment, employee relations, training, HR administration, and compliance, ensuring a productive and engaged workforce in line with company objectives and food industry standards.

Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and compliance awareness.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, health and safety regulations, and food industry standards.
