Sadaf Food Company is seeking an experienced IT Officer to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all technical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for hardware support, network administration, database maintenance, cybersecurity, backup management, and providing technical support across departments.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, smartphones, and other IT equipment.
Prepare and support mobile work environments.
Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Maintain antivirus solutions and protect systems against cybersecurity threats.
Design, maintain, and monitor databases while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Supervise the server room and monitor environmental conditions including temperature, humidity, and ventilation.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand technical requirements.
Liaise with external vendors for system upgrades and IT projects.
Document IT systems, infrastructure, and technical procedures while ensuring documentation remains up to date.
