Job Summary:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors. • Greet visitors and clients and inform the related managers upon their arrival. • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls. • Confirm interview appointments and refer candidates to the HR Department. • Handle incoming mail registration, sorting and distribution and keep records of the outgoing mail. • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable. • Answer general inquiries and provide information about the organization. • Pay attention to suspicious people and activities and report to her direct manager. • Handle administrative tasks assigned to her by direct manager. • Schedule and confirm upper management appointments, and manage calendars according to priorities set by the direct manager.

• Ability to handle work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to handle work pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills especially M.S office package
