Job Purpose:

Gemini Group is seeking a Sales & Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team in the restaurant sector in Damascus. The role focuses on supervising sales activities, developing and training teams, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and a good understanding of social media and digital presence to support brand growth and customer engagement.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Supervise indoor and outdoor sales activities and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Train and develop sales teams and staff on professional selling skills and customer service excellence
  • Monitor and continuously improve the customer experience inside and outside the restaurant
  • Oversee the restaurant’s digital presence on social media and coordinate with relevant teams
  • Prepare periodic sales performance reports, analyze results, and propose improvement opportunities.
