Job Purpose:

Lead and manage the heavy equipment sales function to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets. Responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, expanding relationships with key customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the assigned region or business segment.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies, budgets, and forecasts for heavy equipment business lines.
  • Identify new opportunities, manage major projects, and build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Lead bidding processes, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and team performance, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide pricing and product positioning.
  • Ensure deal profitability, manage receivables, and control credit risks.
  • Lead and develop the sales team and coordinate with internal departments for effective delivery.

  • Education Degree: Bachelor
  • Education Specification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Field Of Experience: heavy equipment sales (construction machinery, industrial machinery, trucks, material handling, etc.).
    Years Of Experience: 7 years
  • Leadership Experience Required
