Job Purpose:

To drive revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls, effectively presenting products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while building strong, long-term relationships and achieving defined sales targets.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Present products/services clearly and confidently.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support).
