Job Purpose:

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Director to lead and scale AMG’s B2B sales growth. This is a senior leadership role for someone with strong experience in B2B sales, SaaS, enterprise sales, international markets, and physical face-to-face business development. The ideal candidate is not only a strong closer, but also a strategic sales leader who can build sales processes, open new markets, develop partnerships, manage high-value clients, and create a scalable revenue engine. This role is especially suitable for someone who has worked outside Syria, understands professional international sales standards, and knows how to sell complex solutions to businesses, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders. We are looking for a serious, ambitious, highly experienced sales leader who can represent AMG professionally in front of companies, partners, investors, and enterprise clients.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute AMG’s B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and business expansion objectives..
  • Build, manage, and continuously optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, conversion, and deal closure.
  • Identify, approach, negotiate with, and secure high-value B2B clients, strategic partners, and enterprise accounts.
  • Lead SaaS and solution-selling initiatives by understanding client needs and positioning products as valuable business solutions.
  • Represent AMG in face-to-face meetings, networking events, and business development activities to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.
  • Drive international market expansion efforts by identifying new markets, developing entry strategies, and building partnerships with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team while implementing sales processes, KPIs, CRM systems, and performance reporting mechanisms.
