Job Purpose:

Own and evolve our real estate platform end to end — a Next.js application serving both the front end and the backend — including the admin dashboard, database layer, and the APIs powering our mobile app.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain features across a full-stack Next.js application, covering both server-side and client-side code
Build responsive, SEO-optimized user interfaces with React and modern rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR)
Design and implement API routes and server actions consumed by the web application and the mobile app
Model, query, and optimize the database layer using Prisma ORM
Build and maintain the internal admin dashboard for listings, content, and user management
Write unit and integration tests and maintain meaningful test coverage
Collaborate through Git and GitHub using clear branching and code-review workflows
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support production deployments, monitoring, and debugging
Optimize application performance, page load times, and Core Web Vitals
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively to accelerate delivery, while reviewing, testing, and taking full responsibility for all generated code
