The Senior Sales Engineer will play a central role in shaping our sales direction, engaging enterprise clients, leading tendering activities, and driving outdoor sales efforts. This position is designed for someone who can operate independently, build strong customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute company level sales strategies.
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline and forecasting model.
  • Provide market insights to support product positioning and pricing
  • Conduct regular outdoor visits to enterprise clients and partners.
  • Lead customer meetings, presentations, demos, and follow ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Assess customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, BOQs, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Lead the full tendering cycle: identification, analysis, compliance, pricing, and submission.
  • Ensure competitive and timely tender responses aligned with company strategy.
  • Build partnerships with vendors, distributors, and technology providers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Support the future expansion of the sales team.
