To manage and oversee the daily operations of the showroom, lead the sales team, and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets. The Showroom Manager is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining showroom and brand standards, controlling inventory, and ensuring that all operational and administrative activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure all sales, customer service, administrative, and operational activities are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the showroom team while organizing work schedules, assigning responsibilities, and evaluating individual and team performance.
Drive showroom sales performance by setting targets, monitoring results and KPIs, implementing sales initiatives, and taking corrective action when targets are not achieved.
Ensure an excellent customer experience by providing professional service, maintaining strong customer relationships, and resolving inquiries, complaints, returns, and after-sales issues effectively.
Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards by supervising product displays, visual merchandising, cleanliness, organization, promotional materials, and product launches.
Oversee inventory and stock-control activities, including receiving, storage, product transfers, stock counts, availability monitoring, and the investigation of shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Manage cash handling, POS transactions, operational documentation, compliance requirements, and daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reporting.
