The Data Management Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of data within Turkeyana Clinic. This position involves monitoring data performance, coordinating lead management, and maintaining data integrity within our CRM system.

- المسؤوليات:


  • Monitor and control data performance, interpreting raw data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Coordinate and monitor leads with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate and manage the no-response customer process, ensuring timely follow-up within agreed SLAs.
  • Coordinate and monitor the deals transfer process within the CRM system, adhering to SLAs.
  • Handle Marketing email campaigns.
