To proactively identify, analyze, and validate security vulnerabilities across web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and cloud infrastructure through hands-on testing; and to support strengthening the organization’s security posture by delivering clear, actionable insights, contributing to remediation efforts, and promoting secure practices across systems and teams.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Perform manual security testing across web applications, APIs, and internal systems to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Analyze and validate security findings, assess their impact, and develop proof-of-concept where needed.
Document vulnerabilities and provide clear, actionable recommendations for remediation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support reviewing system and cloud configurations to identify common security risks and misconfigurations.
Contribute to improving overall security practices by collaborating with development teams and promoting secure implementation approaches.
Re-test reported vulnerabilities after fixes to ensure proper remediation and no regression.
