As a Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services, you will drive ByteLab’s revenue growth by identifying and converting B2B prospects into long-term clients. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery meetings to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure—while ensuring a smooth handover to delivery teams and maintaining accurate pipeline tracking.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Source and qualify B2B leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Build and manage a consistent pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain accurate records (CRM or tracking sheet).
Conduct meetings (on-site/off-site) to understand client goals, pain points, budgets, and timelines.
Present ByteLab’s services clearly and professionally using proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and service/campaign packages that match client needs.
Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet/exceed monthly targets.
Ensure a smooth transition to account/project teams and follow up to support retention and upsell opportunities.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to strengthen sales positioning.
