Job Purpose:

بناء نقطة اتصال أولى واحترافية مع المرضى المحتملين؛ من خلال التواصل الفعّال عبر الهاتف والواتساب، تقديم الشرح الوافي والأخلاقي لخدماتنا الطبية، ومتابعة أدق تفاصيل الحالات عبر نظام (Zoho CRM) لتحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الجودة ورعاية العملاء

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Contacting potential patients through calls, WhatsApp, and approved communication channels.
  • Presenting Turkeyana Clinic’s services in a clear, professional, and ethical manner.
  • Following up with assigned leads and updating all deal stages accurately on Zoho CRM.
  • Providing approved prices and service information to potential patients.
  • Coordinating with the Sales Team Leader, medical team, and relevant departments when needed.
  • Supporting patient inquiries and escalating complaints or concerns to the responsible department.
  • Achieving assigned sales targets and performance requirements.
  • Following company communication standards, CRM rules, and code of conduct.

  • Education Degree: Bachelor
  • Education Specification: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Management
