Translation & Digital Content Specialist role is to manage and maintain multilingual digital content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper presentation across projects and web pages. The role supports translation, content, and development workflows by updating content, reviewing published materials, testing pages for formatting and technical issues, and coordinating with relevant teams to maintain high-quality multilingual content.
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the dedicated translation tool, follow up on newly submitted content for translation, and collaborate on tool enhancements and issue resolution.
Insert and maintain Arabic and other multilingual content within project files using Visual Studio, review the results, and ensure content accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Adhere to established code structure guidelines when adding content.
Format text, headings, paragraphs, hyperlinks, and images.
Review published articles and ensure they are displayed correctly.
Test web pages and verify that they are free from issues related to links, formatting, and display.
Maintain consistency in terminology and writing style across all content.
Update and modify existing content as required.
Document completed work, including newly added and updated articles.
Collaborate with translation, development, and content teams to improve workflows.
Report technical issues related to the translation tool or codebase.
